This policy applies to all games released onto Apple Arcade for the publisher "Zeste" ("Games"). As an example, this includes the game Food Stylist+.
By playing our Games you are consenting to the collection of data as outlined in this privacy policy. You also accept that this privacy policy can be updated from time to time for any reason, with the latest date of changes published at the top of this page.
Collection of Data
Sensitive Data: Our Games do not collect sensitive information about you.
Personally identifiable Data: Our Games collect certain non-sensitive data as outlined in this privacy policy. Personally identifiable data will only otherwise be actively collected by Zeste in very specific circumstances, such as if you contact us directly.
Why Collect Data and How is it Used?
Player Feedback and Support:
If you contact us with a comment or query, Zeste will keep a copy of any personal information you provide. This is so that we can respond to your comments and questions as a part of our commitment to providing you with player support. If you contact us directly for any reason, we also keep a copy of that correspondence.
The email correspondence will generally be kept on file, unless you request us to delete it.
Player Profile:
The Player profile is required to allow the game functionality to work, such as storing your progress through the game, prizes you have won and your design submissions. This data is stored locally on your device only and not transmitted to our servers. However if you have iCloud enabled in your phone settings for our Games, a copy of your player profile data will also be stored by Apple Inc, on your iCloud account for the purposes of providing a cloud-backup solution for your game progress.
The Player Profile data is held for as long as you continue to have the game installed or longer on your iCloud account, should you choose to back-up your progress.
Data Deletion and Data Subject Rights
Opt-out and Account Deletion
Your data is in your control. If you delete our Games from your device, the local copy of your data will also be removed. You can also sign out of iCloud in your device settings to prevent your player profile from being stored on the server with Apple Inc.
At any time, you can also go into the game settings and tap the button to Delete Save Data to initiate an account deletion process.
Please note that if you choose to delete your account using any of the above methods, that we will be unable to ever restore a copy of this.

Data Subject Requests
In the event that you send a data subject request to Zeste, we will respond to that request in accordance with any applicable legislation.

Disclosure, and Security of Your Information
We will not sell, trade, rent or disclose any of the personal information you provide to us for any reason, without your prior consent. Otherwise, your Personal Information will only be disclosed where required or allowable by law.
Young Players
As outlined in this policy, the primary data collected in our Games is to provide a player profile, which is a core functionality in order for you to make progress in the game. This data is stored locally, unless you also have an iCloud account, where it is backed up for the purpose of cloud restoration.
In addition, players are free to contact us for the purpose of support.
If you are a guardian or parent who is concerned that we may have any information from or about a child under the age of 13, please contact us, and we will permanently delete any information we have under our control.
